Farmer’s Market Diet promotes the idea of consuming fresh vegetables as a way of taking healthy diet. According to the formula of Farmer’s Market Diet, you can lose your weight by burning calories. So many weigh loss planners incorporate Farmer’s Market Diet in their diet plan. However, the primary disadvantage of this plan is that it completely denies the necessity of protein in the diet. Hence Farmer’s Market Diet does not include protein in its diet plan. But this is not a good and holistic diet idea, since protein deficiency in the body may lead to possible health complications on time, which can not only be serious but may also turn out to be life threatening in some cases.
